Rudyard Kipling's If -

If you can keep your head when all about you
Are losing theirs and blaming it on you,
If you can trust yourself when all men doubt you,
But make allowance for their doubting too;

These are the first four lines of Rudyard Kipling's poem 'If'. Most of us know Rudyard Kipling as the author of 'The Jungle Book'. He has written a number of interesting stories but he was a great poet too. He had written the poem 'If' for his son to motivate him and tell him the secrets of becoming a real 'Man'. Here by man he was referring to a better person in this world. This poem has a complete package of motivation. If you are a seeker of motivational poems. This one is for you. Apart from motivation this poem has a way better rhyming than the normal poems. So, if you have not read 'If', you must read it. To build a great personality you will need some great accessories and believe me this is one of that accessories. Also, there is no better way to say goodbye than quoting the last stanza of this poem until we meet again. So,

If you can talk with crowds and keep your virtue,
Or walk with Kings—nor lose the common touch,
If neither foes nor loving friends can hurt you,
If all men count with you, but none too much;
If you can fill the unforgiving minute
With sixty seconds’ worth of distance run,
Yours is the Earth and everything that’s in it,
And—which is more—you’ll be a Man, my son!
